Goss Handmade sells small-batch, handcrafted goods. Product availability, pricing, and features may change without notice. We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revisions on this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have guardian consent, to make purchases through the Site.

3. Product Information

  • Item colors, textures, and materials may vary due to screen differences and handmade processes.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

  • Custom orders may have additional requirements communicated during ordering.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Taxes apply where required.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms.

  • Prices may change without notice.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. and internationally.

  • Most orders ship the next business day when possible.

  • International customers must pay actual shipping fees and are responsible for duties, VAT, or import charges.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only; delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchanges depend on inventory availability.

  • Custom and personalized goods are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Orders may be canceled before they ship; custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours.

 

7. Warranty

We offer a one-year workmanship warranty on all handmade goods. This covers defects in materials or construction but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and modifications. More details are included in our Return & Warranty Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, patterns, images, and branding on this Site are the property of Goss Handmade and may not be used without permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goss Handmade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Michigan state law. Disputes will be handled in Michigan courts.
