Return and Warranty Policy

At Goss Handmade, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our policies are designed to be simple, fair, and easy to understand.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and any product that shows signs of use are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Because everything is handmade in small batches, available inventory can vary. If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’re happy to offer store credit or a refund instead.
Warranty
Every Goss Handmade product comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. This covers construction issues such as failed stitching, structural defects, or hardware problems caused by the building process. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric abrasion from regular use, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care, or any issues resulting from alterations or third-party repairs.
If you believe you have a warranty issue, send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the problem. After reviewing the claim, we’ll determine whether the issue is covered. For approved claims, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping it back once the repair or replacement is complete.
